Hey, I’m Ana McRae

your no-BS life and business coach for ADHD entrepreneurs who want million-dollar businesses and slow mornings.

Let me guess: your business is doing fine (maybe even great on paper). You’ve got clients, you’ve got revenue, you’re moving forward.

But inside? You’re tired. You wake up already behind, run your business with 37 tabs open (mentally and literally), and wonder how it’s possible to be this busy and still feel stuck.

You’re craving more white space. More clarity. More peace.

Every week starts with big goals… and ends in a blur of client work, decision fatigue, and maybe a post-it note that says “Remember to work on the actual business?”

Sound familiar? You’re not alone. I’ve been there, and more importantly—I coach entrepreneurs through this every day.

So, how did I become a life and business coach?

My story is a story you might have heard before, or even experienced yourself.

Before I became a life and business coach, I was in the consulting world. The land of early morning commutes, late night spreadsheets, and a version of work-life balance that meant sacrificing everything that actually mattered.

I’d spent my whole career trying to succeed by someone else’s definition. Build a career that looked good on paper. Climb the ladder and prove my self worth. But it didn’t take long before I realized I was miserable and what I truly valued didn’t align with the path I was on.

I wanted:

  • A business that grew my revenue and gave me my time back — not work that kept demanding more hours for every new level of success
  • The freedom to take slow mornings, midweek hikes, and month-long family adventures — without my business falling apart
  • More peace and a quieter mind — not a life lived in reactive mode, chasing deadlines and overwhelmed with decisions
  • Growth that showed up in my bank account and in my calendar — so I could stop sacrificing one for the other
  • A business that supported life instead of squeezing it out of me

So I built something different…

When I started working with entrepreneurs, I saw small business owners working so hard, with big dreams and bigger hearts, but zero support. No structure, no real strategy, no systems to keep things moving when life got lifey. Just hustle. And exhaustion.

These aren’t fluffy wins. These are real-life business owners who were stuck in the weeds—panicking over cash flow, stretched too thin, saying “yes” to everything because the strategy was unclear and the systems didn’t exist.

When we implement clear priorities, simple systems, and solid support — big things happen:

  • Businesses became more profitable and more sustainable.
  • Burned out founders started working fewer hours while making more progress.
  • Scattered ideas turned into crystal-clear strategies with weekly priorities and real accountability.

I’ve helped clients like:

K****,

who stopped flying by the seat of her pants and stepped fully into her role as CEO—growing a strong, reliable team, leveling up her leadership skills, increasing her revenue by 30%, and finally building the structure that let her take summers off and actually enjoy the life her business was supposed to support

J***,

who doubled her monthly revenue from $25K to $55K in just 12 weeks of working together—while working fewer hours, reclaiming space for strategic CEO-level thinking, and finally enjoying the personal time she’d been craving for years.

A*****,

who turned a $20K loss into a $100K profit in just one year, growing his revenue by 169%—all while building confidence, staying consistent, and finally feeling in control of his business instead of buried by it.

Who I work with

(and why I love ’em…)

I work with ambitious ADHD entrepreneurs and small business owners who’ve grown past six figures and are ready to scale to seven — without working more hours or losing their minds.

You’re brilliant. You’re passionate. You’ve built this on grit and caffeine and chaos.

You’ve probably stumbled into success because you’re passionate about your work — not because you love managing a business.

You’re wearing all the hats: CEO, ops manager, social media lead, team therapist, reluctant bookkeeper — and the weight is getting heavy.

Your goals are bold, but there’s literally no room in your calendar to work on them.

You know your business could be next-level — but lately you’ve been wondering: at what cost?

That’s where I come in.

Together, we build a peaceful, profitable business.
An intentional life.
The kind of growth that shows up in your bank account and your calendar.

You get clear goals, simple systems, and solid support — so you can stop spinning, scrambling, and scaling on survival mode.

More profit. More freedom. Less mental clutter.

That’s the new standard.

What I believe

(and what you’ll hear me say a lot…)

Scaling your business shouldn’t cost you your time, your freedom, or your sanity.

You can hustle your way to six figures. But if you want to scale to seven—and actually enjoy your life while you do it—you need:

Clear priorities
✅ Simple systems
✅ Solid support

That’s what I bring as your life and business coach.

I help ADHD entrepreneurs scale profitable, peaceful businesses.

Because what’s the point of more money… if you don’t have more life to live?

Outside of business?

I’m a life-first kind of entrepreneur…

When I’m not coaching or mapping out client strategies, you’ll find me:

  • Hiking with my 150lb dogs (Grizzly the Bernese & Storm the Newfoundland)
  • Reading books back to back on my Kobo
  • Mountain biking trails that I’m surprised I survived
  • Baking sourdough and trying to convince my husband we definitely need chickens
  • Planning our next family adventure

I love this work—but I love the life it gives me even more. And I want the same for you.
